The Brief 
To create conversation and awareness for the Gran Turismo film’s release, emphasising that it’s based on a true story, and getting both fans of the sport and gamers excited for the launch.
The Solution 
A fun and creative AR experience put fans in the driver’s seat, allowing them to design their own personalised racing helmet. From patterns and stickers to playful additions like horns, users could fully customise their digital helmets to get race-ready. I designed the app’s look and feel, incorporating a circular navigation system at the bottom to mimic a steering wheel, enhancing the sensation of being inside a racing car. I also curated and refined all design assets, ensuring they worked harmoniously across customisation options. Once completed, users could capture and share their personalised helmets on social media. The filter launched globally in 20 countries, generating over 10,000 plays.
